By downloading, installing, or using noforgety (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the app anonymously, or you may upgrade to a full account by verifying an email address. You are responsible for any activity that happens through your account or device. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data from our servers.

You own the checklist content you create. By submitting prompts, checklists, feedback, or screenshots, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the app. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
Checklists are generated by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on AI-generated content for anything where an error could cause harm, loss, or missed obligations (including travel, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions). You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any output, and you assume all risk.
The app is currently free. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we do:
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or data will be preserved. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or changes to features.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to stop offering the app. Sections 5 (license grant for content already submitted), 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not warrant that AI output is correct, that the app will meet your requirements, or that it will operate without interruption or errors. Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) zero US dollars (USD 0).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, the content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
